Casa Tortugas Boutique Hotel - A Hidden Gem In Cancun

Casa Tortugas is a hidden gem nestled right on the lagoon. You can relax by the beauuuuutiful pool and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. The small, intimate size and boutique feel make it a perfect escape. The staff is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is great, with easy access to local buses and shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and offer unforgettable views from your window. We loved the personal touch of the family-owned hotel and the incredible breakfast they served.

During my stay here, I couldn't have asked for a better location. Being on the lagoon provided a beautiful and peaceful view to wake up to. The shuttle services and tours/ticket assistance made travelling convenient. The hotel room amenities make you feel at home and the staff was always friendly and willing to help.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for quality service and a peaceful stay.

Nothing to fault.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my time there. They were pretty good too make me feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which was cool and refreshing. The location was perfect, as it was just a 5-minute walk to the beach, the ferry to Isla Mujeres, and the bus stop. there was a nearby grocery store where I could buy essentials easily.

The stunning views of the lagoon were absolutely breathtaking. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The large room with a big bed provided plenty of space and comfort. The location near an Oxxo, a pharmacy, and Krudo restaurant was ideal. The great pool was perfect for relaxing and refreshing dips.

The pool area was fine, with beautiful views of the lagoon. The apartments were spacious and well-equipped with lots of amenities. The owners were really good and looked after all our needs, providing great recommendations and making sure we had a enjoyable stay.

The access to the beach was a bit inconvenient as we had to pass through dirty areas.

The tranquility of the hotel, especially the infinity pool overlooking the lagoon, was so calming. The apartment-style rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport, although it arrived late and we had to pay more than expected for a taxi. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
